We will bring your unique vision to life.

We offer full service event design and coordination, so you can focus on enjoying your special day. We work alongside you to ensure we bring your vision to life and attend to all the important little details that make an event special.

Event Coordination

- Initial consultation (in-person or by phone)
- Conduct venue walk-thru prior to event day (as needed)
- Vendor coordination - establish event coordinator as the primary contact for all vendors one month prior to wedding day
- Detailed timeline and schedule for vendors and client
- Coordination of wedding rehearsal for up to 1.5 hours (optional)
- Coordinate vendor deliveries to venue site(s)
- Collaborate with vendors throughout the event and maintain continuous communication
- Event coordinator to lead and coordinate event on-site for up to 10 hours

*Additional coordinator assistant available as needed ($450 additional)

Event Design & Decor

- Initial consultation (in-person or by phone)
- Conduct venue walk-thru
- Collaborative design plan based on client’s unique vision
- Creation of venue layout to optimize event space
- Assessment of any furniture moving needs (additional fees may apply)
- Lighting layout design
- Specialty decor and signage sourcing
- Setup and placement of all planned decor items (including personal and/or rented items)
- Includes up to a 3 person setup/breakdown team

*Additional setup/breakdown team members available as needed ($250 per additional)

Rentals & Service Staffing

- Detailed rental and staffing pricing agreement
- Rental delivery and pickup service based on event timeline
- Coordinate service staffing needs including: bartenders, servers, dishwashers and valet

*Any rented dishware requires staffing of server(s) and dishwasher(s)
